We want you to be happy with SENTRY. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which issues refunds on our behalf.
If a paid report fails to generate, or your file can't be read and we can't fix it, we refund you in full. Otherwise you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, for your first purchase.
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you forgot to cancel, ask within 7 days of a renewal and we will refund that renewal.
Email support@sentrybacktest.com with your order number (it is in your receipt). Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
