The audit runs inside your web browser. The trade list you choose is read and analysed on your own device and is not uploaded to our servers or to anyone else.
What we do collect
Payments: when you buy, Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) collects your name, email, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, order details and license key so we can give you access and support.
Waitlist and support: if you join the waitlist or email us, we keep your email and what you wrote, only to reply and to tell you about SENTRY. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Anonymous usage counts: to see how SENTRY is used, the site counts a few events per day: a visit (once per browser per day, with your country and the website you came from), an audit being run (with the market, prop firm, a rough trade-count band like '100–499' and the grade), and grade-card downloads. No trade data, file contents, IP address or personal identifier is stored with these counts. A small date marker in your browser's local storage avoids counting the same visit twice.
Basic server logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no cookies, no selling or renting of your data, no access to your broker or trading accounts.
Shared reports
If you choose to share a grade card or report link, the summary you share (grade, headline numbers) becomes visible to anyone with that link.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@sentrybacktest.com. We will answer within 30 days.
